ONGOINGDATA COMING SOONIC-SPECTRO™

Continuous monitoring of outgoing wastewater at Castellet Bruk.

Castellet Bruk is deploying IC-SPECTRO™ to continuously monitor outgoing wastewater and gain earlier insight into changes in organic load. The objective is to support ongoing discharge oversight and provide an early indication when wastewater conditions begin moving toward defined limits. This is a real, ongoing installation — results and performance figures will be published here once available.

— The project

Challenge, approach, current status.

CHALLENGE

Grab sampling and single-wavelength readings give a delayed, partial view of outgoing wastewater, and turbidity can distort a conventional absorbance reading.

APPROACH

IC-SPECTRO™ is installed to continuously monitor outgoing wastewater, adding higher-frequency visibility of organic-load trends between laboratory samples.

STATUS

Monitoring is under way. No results, correlations or performance figures are available yet — this page will be updated once there is real data to show.

When this project has data to publish, it will go through the same documented benchmarking approach used elsewhere on this page — no figures are estimated or implied in the meantime.
